Home Brewing Kombucha


Fermentation expert Ryan Hill will kick class off with a lesson in the science behind kombucha and other fermented flavors. Once we're equipped with background knowledge, we'll move into a hands-on brewing workshop to make our first jar of kombucha tea-to-be and learn how to produce flavorful, naturally carbonated sodas with the end product. All attendees will leave with sufficient know-how and materials to brew small-batch kombucha continuously at home.
